Bernard Van Steenberge

Bernard obtained a Master of Laws from Ghent University and an MBA from Solvay Business School. He built his expertise over 15 years in various leadership roles within an international recruitment agency active in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Together with his sister Caroline, he founded Steve Skills with one clear ambition: to automate the transactional aspects of recruitment and thereby put people back at the center. Or as Bernard puts it himself: "Recruitment is a people business. At Steve Skills, our motto is: focus on the people, automate the business."
